                                 TANGLEWOOD CLUB MEMBERSHIP OFFER
• The Tanglewood Club is located at 28429 Williamsburg Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543 inside 
the Williamsburg Neighborhood that is right across Bruce B Downs from our neighborhood 
entrance on Sky Lake Circle has opened their membership opportunity to all our 282 homes in 
The Lakes of Northwood. All fees/deposits will be your responsibility between you and the 
Tanglewood Club. They are offering all their amenities at the same cost their homeowners 
currently pay. It is $53.00 per month. To join you will have to pay $131.00 which includes the first 
month of $53.00 and a $53.00 deposit and a $25.00 key deposit. Their amenities are the 
following:
• Pool
• Hot Tub
• Weight Room
• Pool Table and PingPong Table
• 2 Tennis Courts with Pickleball lines
• DVD and Book Library
• As a member you can rent the clubhouse that has a kitchen and bathrooms at a discounted rate
• As a member you can attend the weekly Zumba and Yoga classes held at the clubhouse
