The Lakes of Northwood HOA is a beautiful neighborhood of 282 homes in Wesley Chapel Florida. The Homeowner's Association is registered with the State of Florida as a not-for-profit corporation that was established in January 1997. The single-family home builders were Bay Hill, Engle, Grant, Kimball and M/I Homes. There are two main entrances on Bruce B Downs that are separated by Trout Creek, those homes on Fennsbury Court and Sky Lake Circle are the North and the homes on Baycrest, Big Creek, Grove Point, Mulholland, Summer Place and Yardley are the South.
